“We are proud to name Adam St. Cyr as managing principal. Managing Principal
Adam St. Cyr, AIA, brings more than 25 years of architectural and strategic leadership experience to his expanded role as DLR Group managing principal. Since assuming leadership of the Texas region, he has grown the practice from two offices, 72 employees, and $17.5 million in revenue in 2022 to four offices, 134 employees, and $67.6 million in revenue. In addition to strengthening the firm’s K-12 Education studio and overseeing projects for public and private sector clients, St. Cyr has advanced DLR Group’s project management systems, leadership development, and cross-office collaboration while embodying the values that define the firm’s integrated design practice. In his expanded role, he will continue to oversee DLR Group’s Texas operations across Austin, Dallas, Fort Worth, and Houston, while joining DLR Group CEO Steven McKay, AIA, RIBA; Chief Operating Officer John Fuller, AIA, LEED AP; Chief Practice Officer Pamela Touschner, FAIA; and Chief Design Officer Peter Rutti, AIA as one of the firm’s most senior leaders.
Senior Principal
Bob Binder, AIA, LEED AP BD+C, has demonstrated over 30 years of distinguished leadership at DLR Group, evidenced in his stewardship of the Southwest Region and broad influence across DLR Group’s culture and operations. His key achievements include expanding the K-12 Education sector in Colorado; being appointed Southwest Region higher education leader in 2015; and driving 73% growth in gross revenue across the firm’s Colorado Springs, Denver, Las Vegas, Phoenix, and Tucson offices in just three years as Southwest Region leader. His appointment as DLR Group’s newest senior principal bears testament to the contributions he has made as an advocate for design excellence and integral member of the senior leadership team.
