• Employee Satisfaction: Based on survey data from a large sample of over 200,000 employees from around the world. 
• Revenue Growth: Assessed using data from Statista’s revenue database, which contains company growth data for the last three years. Companies had to meet certain criteria to be considered for the evaluation and had to demonstrate positive revenue growth in the last three years.
• Sustainability Transparency: Based on sustainability data among standardized KPIs from Statista’s ESG Database and targeted data research.
