OneTapTee, a US-based website for ordering custom t-shirts online, today launched the One-Tap Designer, a phone-first tool that lets shoppers personalize a shirt or hat and order a single piece with no minimum. Customers can add their own text, photos or artwork to the front, back or both sides of a shirt, or start from a library of original designs created in-house. Every order is made and shipped within the United States.
The launch arrives as holiday shopping for custom apparel begins. OneTapTee is positioning the tool for the orders larger print shops were not built around: a single birthday shirt, a matching set for a family trip, a gift with an inside joke, or a hat for a small crew.
The custom t-shirt market includes established services such as Custom Ink, RushOrderTees, Printful and Printify, which serve group orders, rush jobs and online sellers. OneTapTee focuses on a narrower order: one shirt or hat, designed on a phone in a few minutes.

What the One-Tap Designer does – No minimum order. Customers can order a single shirt or hat.Front, back or both. Designs can be placed on the front, the back, or front and back, with a live preview before checkout.Embroidered hats. Hat designs are prepared for embroidery, using bold, simple shapes that stitch cleanly.Original designs. OneTapTee’s ready-made designs are created in-house, and customers can personalize them with names, dates or their own wording.Express options. Select products enter production within [X] business days. Shipping time is added after production, and expedited delivery is not guaranteed.Clear shipping. Shipping is shown separately for each item at checkout, so customers see the full cost before they pay.
Holiday ordering – OneTapTee recommends placing holiday orders by December 8 for standard delivery before December 25, and by December 12 for Express products. Order-by dates are based on typical carrier times and are not guaranteed. The company ships to addresses in the United States only.

Check the minimum. Many print shops require 6, 12 or 24 pieces for a discounted price. If you only need one, look for a site with no minimum.Match the print method to the design. Full-color photos print best with direct-to-garment printing. Simple logos and text work well on hats as embroidery.Use a large image. A photo taken on a modern phone is usually sharp enough. A small image saved from social media often prints blurry.Read the size chart. Shirt sizing varies by brand. Compare the chart to a shirt you already own.Work backward from the date you need it. Add production time and shipping time, then order a few days early.
